These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by O'Gorman Property Group Ltd, Company No. 17234381, registered in England & Wales. By using the site you accept these terms.
Our services
We are a property deal sourcing company. Any sourcing service we provide to you is governed by a separate written sourcing agreement, which sets out our fee and obligations. These website terms do not create an agreement to provide sourcing services.
No financial advice
Information on this website and in deal packs is provided for general information only and does not constitute financial, investment, tax or legal advice. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority to give investment advice. Property values and rental income can go down as well as up. You should carry out your own due diligence and take independent professional advice before making any investment decision.
Accuracy of information
Deal figures, including prices, estimated values, rents and yields, are estimates based on information available at the time and are not guaranteed. Deals may be withdrawn, sold or changed without notice.
Fees
Our sourcing fee is paid by the investor. It is disclosed before you commit and agreed in a written sourcing agreement, which also sets out any reservation fee and when it is refundable. Vendors pay us nothing.
Complaints and redress
If you have a complaint, please email info@ogormanpropertygroup.com. We are members of the Property Redress Scheme. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you can refer it to the scheme free of charge at theprs.co.uk.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information on this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
