O'Gorman Property Group Ltd is a UK property deal sourcing company, registered in England & Wales (Company No. 17234381). We work with investors who want access to property that is priced below market value or has a clear route to adding value, without spending their own time finding it.
We source through direct vendor marketing, agent relationships and specialist channels such as auctions and probate, then do the groundwork: checking title, verifying the vendor's position, pulling comparables and costing any works.
