Questions from property owners
Will there be any fees for me as the vendor?
No. Our sourcing fee is paid by the investor on completion. There is nothing to pay from your side. You should still instruct your own solicitor, whose costs you'll be responsible for.
What types of property are you looking for?
Residential property across the UK: houses, flats, HMOs and land. Tenanted or vacant, in any condition. We're particularly interested where a quick, certain sale matters more than achieving the full open-market price.
Do you buy the property yourself?
No. O'Gorman Property Group does not purchase property directly. If your property matches the criteria of one of our investors, we introduce it to them and they buy it directly from you.
